Irish Setter Hunt branded footwear products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. If within 12 months of purchase from an authorized seller, a defect occurs in an Irish Setter Hunt branded footwear product as the result of normal use, Red Wing Brands of America, Inc. (“Red Wing”) will repair the defect or exchange the product. Product failures caused by excessive or abusive wear conditions, or if worn for occupational purposes, do not qualify for exchange or purchase credit. DISCLAIMER: The limited warranty relating to Irish Setter branded footwear is in lieu of any other express warranty. No agent, employee or representative of Red Wing has any authority to bind Red Wing to any affirmation, representation or warranty concerning Irish Setter branded footwear products, except as stated herein. Red Wing shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental or punitive damages. This limited product warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Any implied warranties shall be effective for a period not exceeding 6 months from the date of purchase from an authorized seller. Some states do not allow manufacturers to impose time limitations on certain implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. IRISH SETTER BRAND DISTRIBUTION POLICY It is the policy of Red Wing Brands of America, Inc. to sell its Irish Setter branded products directly to selected retailers for resale only at/or from the retailer’s retail and/or online outlets approved in writing by Red Wing Shoe Company, Inc., and only to the retailer’s end user customers. Third party website sales are not permitted. Irish Setter retailers are not authorized to sell to or ship to any end users outside of the United States or Canada. This policy further prohibits the resale or shipment of Irish Setter branded products by a retailer to any other business or location, whether inside or outside of the United States. Violation of this distribution policy may result in the immediate termination of a retailer’s right to sell Irish Setter branded products. CHANGE NOTICE We have made every effort to make this price list accurate. Due to improvement of product performance and availability of materials, there may be specification changes made during the year. Red Wing Brands of America, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or drop products, sizes, widths or styles without prior notice. Policies, specifications and designs are subject to change without notice. Net 30 days. 12% annual interest on past due accounts (1% per month). A service charge of $5.00 per order on orders of less than 6 pair will apply. There is a $5.00 per order service charge on all drop ship orders. Prices are subject to change without notice. All footwear prices listed as FOB Salt Lake City, Utah. Men’s shoes are not available in ½ sizes over 12. Women’s shoes are available in ½ sizes through size 11. MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY For over 110 years, Red Wing Shoe Company (“Red Wing”) has manufactured, distributed and sold premium footwear, footwear care, apparel and accessories through its portfolio of world class brands (Red Wing Shoes, Irish Setter, Worx, and Vasque). To this day, Red Wing’s purpose-built product lines have been at the spearhead of innovation and setting the standard of excellence in the marketplaces in which we compete and provide consumer value.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Red Wing Brands of America, Inc. (“Red Wing”) accepts returns of defective merchandise. There is no prior authorization required. A return merchandise memo must accompany defective merchandise returns. The returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid and via the most economical means. Transportation credit will be issued on defective merchandise and prompt credit will be issued on returned defective merchandise deemed defective after inspection by Red Wing. ALL DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED TO: Red Wing Brands of America, Inc. Attn: Returns SHIPPING ERRORS: Red Wing accepts returns on merchandise that is sent in error. The returned merchandise must be returned to Red Wing within 30 days of delivery. A return merchandise memo must accompany the returned merchandise along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip indicating the returned merchandise. Merchandise returned without a copy of the invoice or packing slip will be assessed a $10 per pair restocking fee. Merchandise not returned in the same condition as originally received will be assessed a $10 per pair reconditioning fee. The returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid and via the most economical means. Transportation credit will be issued on returned shipping errors and prompt credit will be issued. SPECIAL ORDERS: Special order merchandise may be returned within 45 days of 135 Cannon River Ave. Red Wing, MN 55066 delivery. A return merchandise memo must accompany the returned merchandise along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip indicating the returned special order merchandise. Merchandise returned without a copy of the invoice or packing slip will be assessed a $10 per pair restocking fee. Merchandise not returned in the same condition as originally received will be assessed a $10 per pair reconditioning fee. A $10 per pair re-stocking fee will be charged on all special orders No other merchandise returns will be accepted without prior authorization from your Red Wing brand sales representative. ALL OTHER RETURNS: LIMITED WARRANTY RELATING TO IRISH SETTER FOOTWEAR: This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. No adjustment will be given without the original receipt of purchase from an authorized seller. You must return your footwear to the Irish Setter seller from which the footwear was purchased.
